All returns must have RMA# and freight prepaid. RMA’s are valid for 15 days from date issued. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement ECM tuning for failed computers will be charged $500 for the first 12 months after original tune date, after 12 months the charge will be half of retail price. Replacement ecm and original ecm must be sent at the same time to transfer all information. All Plug and play power tuning systems by HDT have a 3 year warranty, other manufacturer products may vary please see product details for warranty information. Heavy Diesel Tuner, its distributors and outlets shall be in no way responsible for the product's proper use and service. The buyer hereby waives all liability claims. The Seller disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages. The buyer agrees to indemnify the seller/manufacturer and to hold the seller/manufacturer harmless from any claim related to the item of the equipment purchased. Under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any such equipment.
