Does your truck have the smaller stock charger that the 385hp and lower engines use and you're looking for an upgrade? Maybe your 427/460's charger is needing replacement? This is the perfect time to upgrade to a new performance billet charger! These Stage 1 turbo's are capable of up to 625hp with supporting mods! Contact tech support to discuss tuning and if an aftermarket larger injector nozzle will reach your HP goals. These stage 1 chargers work great with stock 427/460 injectors and can easily product 550hp without temp problem combined with just our ECM tuning! You will need some different couplers, clamps etc to adapt this charger to the stock air intake and connect it to the original intercooler so please keep in mind additional parts will be required during install. We worked with bully dog manufacturing to come up with a reasonably priced billet wheel turbo upgrade for the mack community, no more $2500 mystery turbos!
You will need a few different couples and reducers to adapt the new charger to the original air intake and intercooler plumbing. we recommend having the turbo on hand and measuring your stock plumbing to confirm needed adapters as there are many variations in sizing based on cab, year etc.
As a general idea you will need:
S400 Charge Air Elbow
2x 3.5" - 4" reducers for charge pipe
5" silicone coupler for compressor inlet
Piece of 5" pipe to couple stock intake elbow to the 5" compressor inlet

This charger WILL NOT BOLT UP TO A FACTORY VGT EQUIPPED EXHAUST MANIFOLD.

Power tuning requires the ECU/ECM to be removed from the engine and shipped to our location. Generally we can get the tuning finished and back out the same day if you use standard next day air shipping with UPS or FedEx. DETAIL
Full Tilt Performance manifolds have been designed to improve on all aspects over the manufacturers. All of our manifolds are cast out of a proprietary high quality blended steel, one of the hardest and most heat tolerant metals available today.
Thicker exhaust flanges and center dividers provide greater strength and durability for even the hardest working trucks. The joints have been designed with tighter tolerances, 50% more surface contact, and are press fit to ensure that they never leak. With thousands of hours of work by our engineering team, we have eliminated the sharp turns and twists to create smooth airflow to the turbo.
From there we top it off by smoothing out the interior even more by hand. Then we apply our high temperature resistant CeramiChrome coating to not just make them eye appealing but to add another heat barrier that keeps the exhaust gas energy moving to your turbo to improve turbo response. No manifold goes out the door without being flow tested to insure that they flow at least 20 Cubic Feet of air per Minute (CFM) more per port.
We do all of this to give you .2-.3 more MPG and the peace of mind that you have the most proven, highest flowing, and most reliable manifold on the market.
